Default 25mph Limit on deep mud/snow 2019

Hey everyone

We have a 2019 sport and finally have some snow here in MN. I was messing around with the car's traction control button and the x-mode options. I noticed in normal with the traction control "off" the car pushes very hard like a front wheel drive vehicle. It seemed like in deep mud/snow mode i was able to get the back end to wake up. The problem is that turns off at 25mph which comes up pretty quick once the wheels slip.

Is there any way to get the deep mud / snow mode to stay engaged above 25mph?
Is there any way to get the traction control to stay off?
Is there any way to get the car to send more power to the rear wheels so it doesn't drive like fwd car?

Thanks
