Default Best insurance for a Subaru Forester

Hey guys,
i'm new here and a new owner of a Subaru Forester.
Can anybody point me in the direction of the best car insurance for this thing?
I just bought mine and have yet to get it insured. Looking for the best rates and the best coverage.

Thanks!

Driving history will be one of the biggest factors that influence the price of insurance coverage, but obviously every insurance policy is different, offering different types of coverages with different deductibles for various scenarios.

What type of coverage are you looking for?

I'm looking for the bare minimum coverage. Whatever is enough to get the car registered at the DMV and legally drive here in America (where insurance is required by law).

I guess not many people have seen this thread yet, but anyways, I'd still like to post an update.

One of my friends suggested USAA because he said that they were incredibly cheap and friendly. I got a quote from them and it was really cheap. $55/month. Unfortunately, it seems like they only accept military families (which I'm not, but if other Forester owners are - definitely check them out!).

Other than USAA, the cheapest I found was from these guys at $44/month. They seem like a small company tho, so I need to do more research.

Progressive, GEICO, Allstate, etc. are all super expensive for me for some reason. Trying to stay away from them for now.
